SV_REMOTE / B2B TERMS
B2B pilot terms and end-user licence
Version 2026-08-23-pilot. Offered only to entrepreneurs, public-law entities and organizations; not a consumer offer.
Version 2026-08-23-pilot · 23.08.2026
1. Provider, authority and precedence
Provider: Service IT, sole proprietorship, proprietor Serhii Yanov, Paul-Gossen-Str. 89, 91052 Erlangen, Germany; s@st-in.eu. The accepting person confirms authority to bind the organization and administer every device in scope.
A signed order and DPA prevail where they conflict. Mandatory law always remains applicable.
2. Pilot and licence
The pilot includes signed registration/heartbeat, one-time pairing, device tree/presence, local accept/reject, encrypted screen viewing and relay fallback. Every session requires visible target approval, an active indicator and Stop.
For the pilot term, Service IT grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable internal-use licence on authorized devices. Product rights remain with Service IT; third-party components follow THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.
3. Duties and authorized use
Connect only to devices the organization owns, lawfully manages or is expressly authorized to support. Identify the operator, inform affected people, document lawful basis/instructions, restrict administrators, secure endpoints, install updates and immediately respect Reject or Stop.
Device ID, pairing and local approval are technical controls and do not replace employment procedures, privacy notice or legal authority.
4. Prohibited use
Covert surveillance, stalking, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, deception, security/consent bypass, hidden or unattended start, unlawful employee monitoring, remote shell, unencrypted content transfer, testing third-party systems, resale and rate-limit circumvention are prohibited.
Service IT may proportionately suspend a device for substantiated abuse/security risk and preserve necessary audit evidence according to law.
5. Data protection, confidentiality and security
A DPA is required before customer-controlled production personal-data processing. Screen content is E2E encrypted in transport but visible at endpoints; the customer remains responsible for the operator and displayed data.
Report vulnerabilities to s@st-in.eu with subject [sv_remote security]. Customers must install security updates and stop unsupported clients when advised.
6. Availability, changes and termination
The evaluation pilot may contain defects and has no SLA without a signed order. Internet, NAT traversal and relay are not guaranteed on every network. Proportionate changes for security, law and interoperability are permitted.
Either party may end an unpaid pilot with 14 days' notice; uncured material breach or serious risk permits earlier termination. Use and copies then cease and personal data follows the DPA.
7. Warranty and liability
Liability is unlimited for intent/gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, fraud, express guarantee and product liability. For slight negligence, liability applies only to essential duties and foreseeable typical loss; otherwise it is excluded as legally permitted.
For recoverable data loss caused by slight negligence, liability is limited to restoration cost with reasonable current backups. Mandatory rights remain.
8. Law, versions and venue
German law applies excluding the CISG. For merchants and public-law customers, Erlangen is the venue unless a mandatory exclusive venue applies.
Material changes receive a new version and require acceptance before registration or a later request. Target Continue still authorizes only the individual session.
