SV_REMOTE / SUPPORT
Get the verified sv_remote 0.5.0 pilot clients for Windows and Android. Every session remains visible, requires local approval and can be stopped on the target device.
ZIP for Windows x86-64. It contains the visible target agent and the controller used to connect by device ID.
This pilot ZIP is not yet Authenticode-signed. Windows SmartScreen may warn. Use it only on devices you own or administer and verify SHA-256 before installation.
Release APK signed with the Service IT server-held Android key. Android may ask you to approve installation from this browser.
The APK is for direct pilot installation. It is not the Google Play-delivered build and does not prove Play App Signing delivery.
The permanent package ID is eu.stin.svremote. The Play Console listing is being prepared; the public store page may be unavailable until Google delivery is qualified.

Compare the complete SHA-256 value after download. Android is signed with a server-held RSA-4096 key; the private key is never included in the app or download area.

Calculate SHA-256 locally and compare all 64 hexadecimal characters.
Accept only normal OS prompts. sv_remote does not bypass SmartScreen, Android install permission or screen/accessibility permission.
Confirm screen sharing locally. Windows input is a second, separate approval and remains off when refused.
Send the device platform, app version and non-sensitive error text. Never send passwords, device private keys, session keys or one-time pairing codes.
