Windows — one sv_remote app

One portable x86-64 EXE combines the visible target agent, device tree and controller. Version 0.5.10 targets Windows 10/11, uses a high-contrast gray-blue application surface with dark text, keeps the access-code panel visible and enables native AccessKit accessibility. Product control-plane endpoints are embedded and are not exposed as an operator setting. It shows both peer versions and warns when a legacy target cannot provide adaptive HD. Another guarded Windows instance is blocked. Download and start sv_remote.exe; no archive unpacking is needed.

This pilot EXE is not yet Authenticode-signed. Windows SmartScreen may warn. Use it only on devices you own or administer and verify SHA-256 before starting it.

LINUX · AMD64

Linux — one sv_remote app

One amd64 DEB combines the visible target, device tree and controller for X11 and Wayland and uses the same high-contrast application theme. Install it with: sudo apt install ./sv_remote-linux-amd64-0.5.10.deb. Start sv_remote from the application menu. To add a desktop icon, run sv_remote-create-desktop-shortcut or use the desktop action in the application menu.

Linux targets are screen-view only in this release. The desktop portal may ask for screen-capture permission; sv_remote never bypasses that prompt. A Secret Service keyring is required for the device key.

Android — target and controller

One signed APK can show this device's one-time pairing code or connect to another approved target. Android may ask you to approve installation from this browser.

The APK is for direct pilot installation. It is not the Google Play-delivered build and does not prove Play App Signing delivery.

Release integrity

Compare the complete SHA-256 value after download. Android is signed with a server-held RSA-4096 key; the private key is never included in the app or download area.

Calculate SHA-256 locally and compare all 64 hexadecimal characters.

Install visibly

Accept only normal OS prompts. sv_remote does not bypass SmartScreen, Linux desktop portals, Android installation, screen or accessibility permission.

Approve each session

Confirm screen sharing locally. Windows input is a second, separate approval and remains off when refused.
