Scope
We provide IT consulting, software development, CRM/ERP customization, Android development, 1C data exchange, API integrations, website implementation, server administration and related support.
Offers and contracts
Information on this website is not a binding offer. A contract is concluded only after written confirmation of scope, price, timeline and responsibilities by both parties.
Client cooperation
The client provides accurate requirements, timely feedback, access credentials and legal rights to all materials needed for the work.
Prices and payment
Prices, payment terms and billing milestones are agreed individually in writing. Unless agreed otherwise, statutory taxes and third-party costs are charged separately where applicable.
Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are provided according to the agreed scope. The client should review results without undue delay and report defects with enough detail to reproduce them.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, Odoo, Bitrix24, payment providers, APIs and other third-party systems remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Liability
Liability is limited according to applicable law. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, unavailable third-party services, or damage caused by missing client cooperation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Intellectual property
Rights to custom deliverables are transferred or licensed as agreed in writing after payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain with their respective owners.
Applicable law
Unless mandatory consumer or EU law provides otherwise, German law applies. Mandatory rights under EU law remain unaffected.
